Meet Our Staff - Technicians


Victoria Anctil, Head Veterinary Technician

Victoria Anctil

Victoria joined REVH in 2010. She has been working in the veterinary field for 12 years, and has experience in emergency medicine, shelter medicine, wildlife and general practice. Victoria has been involved in animal shelters since she was 14 years old, she went on to work in a doggie daycare and after high school, moved to Wisconsin where she worked at a large animal shelter while attending the University of Wisconsin. She earned her Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology from Becker College and has pursued other degrees such as Animal Science, Organizational Leadership and Practice Management. She has a special interest in anesthesia, CPR, medicine for aging pets, pain management and exotics.

A New England native, Victoria lives in Merrimack with her husband, stepdaughter, 4 dogs and a cat. All of her pets are rescues and all have unique personalities and quirks that keep them laughing on a daily basis. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, camping and spending time at the beach.

Jen Houston joined REVH in 2011, and became a full-time employee in 2012.

Christine Muscatell, Veterinary Technician

Christine has been with REVH since May 2016 in continuation of her career in emergency veterinary technology. She obtained her degree in Veterinary Sciences at Becker College in 2009. Her career started in general practice caring small animals. After five years in general practice, she made the move to emergency medicine, working at an emergency facility for two years prior to joining REVH. 

She is currently studying to obtain additional certifications in veterinary technology, emergency/critical care and American Sign Language

During her free time, Christine spends time with her husband, Mike, their dog Spudnik and their cat Boxcar Willy. She loves the outdoors and traveling.

Scott Appleman

Scott joined the REVH team in 2014 as a Technician Assistant. Scott’s working experience with animals began at the age of 14 when he starting volunteering at RJ’s Exotics in Nashua. He then worked at SeaWorld Pet Center for 4 years, managing the reptile department for 1 year. He also was in charge of the reptile department at Pets Plus in Londonderry.

Scott is currently attending college to learn more about the veterinary field. In his spare time, he loves to work out and he is an avid martial artist.
